Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Science, ICT, telecommunications or related field is required.
  • Has experience assessing the ICT operation strategy and policy for an e-government roll out.
  • Has experience in implementing 2 e-Government initiatives in a particular sector (health, education, etc.).
  • Experience in the pacific region are added advantage.
