WYG International have been shortlisted for an EU funded project “Increasing the capacity of the Serbian VET system in improving the quality, coverage and relevance of the vocational education and training” in Serbia. The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to promote further socio-economic development in Serbia based on higher levels of employment, a more educated and employable labour force and enhanced social inclusion of people from disadvantaged groups, with particular emphasis on the Roma. The project purpose is to increase capacity of Serbian VET system in improving the quality, coverage and relevance of the vocational education and training. The base location of the project will be in Belgrade. The intended commencement date isNovember 2013 and the contract will be for 24 months from the commencement date.
We are currently seeking a Expert in Development of Training Programmes and VET curricula to join us with the following qualifications and experience:
Qualifications and skills
General professional experience
- A bachelor’s degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution). A Master/PhD is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Serbian language would be an asset.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum 8, preferably 12 years, of relevant post-graduate professional experience in the field of education
- Minimum 5 years, but preferably 10 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in development of VET education and in training in EU Member States, Candidate or Potential Candidate countries.
