We are looking for an experienced and professionally qualified fraud investigations manager to join the Investigation Department’s senior management team. You will be responsible for a portfolio of fraud cases and for line management of a team of around five fraud investigation specialists.

In this role you will also be responsible for:
1. Leading and managing a team of specialists and contributing to the effective management of the whole Fraud Investigations Team: building an inclusive and supportive team, setting direction, and providing support and advice;
2. Act as Senior Responsible Officer for a large portfolio of investigation and fraud assurance engagements, ensuring high quality outputs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements;
3. Lead and support the IAID (Internal Audit and Investigations Directorate) management information agenda - building reporting processes and systems that continually identify risks and trends to inform and drive proactive action;
4. Engage actively with key corporate and business stakeholders, representing IAID and helping drive coherent proactive activity across the organisation; and
5. Working collegiately with other IAID management and wider FCDO management to deliver an outstanding value for money service and provide relevant briefings and Management Information to FCDO top management including Ministers, Permanent Under Secretary and Director Generals.
