Job Description

DT Global is seeking Gender, Economic, Empowerment, and Policy experts for an anticipated USAID-funded project in Egypt addressing women’s economic empowerment. The project will aim to support gender equality and female empowerment, with a concentration on advancement of the enabling environment for women’s empowerment; economic opportunity; and, prevention and protection from gender-based violence (GBV) in Egypt. Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English.

We are currently accepting CVs/resumes for experts with the following skills:

• Law, policy and regulation formulation

• Private sector engagement and development

• Capacity building

• Gender and inclusion

• Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL)

• Learning, knowledge management, and communications

• Project Management

Applicants should possess an advanced degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in Egypt. Experience with donor-funded projects (USAID, DFID, World Bank, KfW, African Development Bank, etc.) is desired.
