CARE is seeking CVs for short-term and long term inputs from experienced international experts (Foreign National) for the GIS Implementation Specialist position.
GIS Implementation Specialist (International) will perform the following responsibilities:

The Specialist would coordinate with other consultants working under the overall capacity building section of the loan and would be responsible for structuring the GIS roll out plan in the two PBSs and ensuring that the teams in the PBS are equipped and trained to undertake GIS activities indicated.
Relevant engineering or post graduate university degree with specialization in GIS system implementation and GIS training.
Experience of 15 years in GIS matters in selection of software and equipment for GIS implementation is preferred.
