The Grants, Contracts and Compliance Specialist(french and english language) provides award and sub-award management and compliance support under the primary supervision of the Senior Director of GCC. The Contracts Specialist has primary responsibility for daily award administration of small and medium size awards.This applies to instruments where IMA is the prime contractor/recipient and/or IMA is the sub-contractor/sub-recipient under a particular GCC portfolio. Activities include award and sub-award negotiation and administration, compliance, project start up and close out. In addition, the Contracts Specialist provides training to staff in the US and overseas in contracts compliance, various donor regulations, and IMA policies and procedures. The Contract Specialist adheres to the IMA Code of Business Ethics and Conduct in all activities.
