The HR Business Partner/Recruiter will be primarily responsible for conducting full cycle recruitment, including recruiting for proposals and rapid deployment projects as well as providing support on other HR initiatives to various project teams, including reporting, tracking, and other metrics activities. The HR Business Partner/Recruiter will also be responsible for the effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, including full cycle recruitment, compliance (EEO, AA, Veterans), employee exit interview, compensation, project openings and closings, and contract extensions.
