The Global HR Generalist (GHRG) is responsible for supporting our international operations and/or US-based departments through the provision of policy advice/guidance and assistance on all aspects of human resources, performance management, and employee relations. S/he will also act as the first contact for all employment issues, do troubleshooting and work in partnership with other units in HR to provide timely response and proactive advice to clients. This also includes championing Gender Equity and Diversity (GED) initiatives and goals.
The HRG will help drive a high-performance culture; Coaching, mentoring and supporting individuals and teams through the performance management process to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future business needs. S/he will support ongoing staff development and work with subject matter experts, and managers to help with the design, development, and revision of local training and orientation materials.
The HRG will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers on all HR matters, drive timely communication and direction on new and ongoing organizational programs and support regional wellness efforts.

- University degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration (with emphasis on HR) or equivalent combination of relevant education.
- 5-7years relevant experience
- 3+ years of proven employee relations experience (including conducting investigations and managing case files)
- Fluent in Spanish
