The HR Officer is part of the Human Resources and Facilities Management Division, and reports to the HR Business Partners. The team leads on providing effective people management frameworks and systems to underpin the division’s operations and effectiveness and to provide a working environment that engages our staff and maximises on their potential. The HR Officer will provide effective coordination and support to the HR Business Partners in all activities related to employee relations, organising and scheduling Inductions, on-boarding activities and managing the exit and departures processes. The post holder will proactively support the delivery of HR processes at the client’s side and assist in building a strong business relationship.
Your duties will include providing technical and administrative support to the HR Business Partners.
To be considered you will need to have a degree in human resources management or in a other related field or equivalent qualification and at least three experience of working in human resources.
