Job Description

The HR Officer will provide efficient and effective human resource management support services to the HR Reward and Benefits Adviser in the formulation of reward and benefits strategies which are aligned to Secretariat’s overall strategic objectives and HR people management strategy; and develop and manage related systems, policies and procedures.

Your duties will include providing technical and administrative support to the rewards and benefits team.

To be considered you will need to have a first degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification and at least three experience of working in human resources or administration.

The Commonwealth is a voluntary association of 53 member governments and provides guidance on policy making, technical assistance and advisory services to Commonwealth member countries. We support governments to help achieve sustainable, inclusive and equitable development.
