Job Description

The project involves supervision of supply and installation, and deployment of Integrated Management System. The assignment duration will be 4 months part time over an 18 month period.

  • Supervising supply and installation of the IMS performing the functions of Project Manager. In this capacity Consultant shall represent a Utility vis-à-vis Supplier of the IMS on daily basis, exchange notices, conduct verification and inspection of goods and installation works, review and approve documents provided by Supplier, issue certificates, verify test results, deal with disputes and claims, and any other supervision functions, delegated to Consultant.
  • After installation of the IMS, Consultant will supervise training of utility personnel by Supplier, follow up on any identified deficiencies during defect liability period and assist the utility in establishing a system of dealing with Supplier during post-warranty services period.
  • Consultant shall closely work with IT division of the utility, providing on-the-job training and transfer of skills.
