Team Leader (short term assignment) for GIZ-financed project aiming to improve the collection and Treatment of wastewater from industries in selected Areas in the Delhi Region. Required Profile:
*University degree in engineering, environmental management, natural sciences, economics or related field, with technical background with respect to industrial wastewater treatment and management.
* At least 15 years of experience in the industrial wastewater sector, including practical experience in the fields of appropriate conveyance systems, CETPs and ETPs as well as sewage sludge handling, business models and management models based on best available technologies and best practices from Germany and Europe. High technical and advisory competences.
* Specific qualification/special field: Industrial wastewater management - designing of treatment plants, conveyance systems, sludge management.
* Ability to work in a team - lead a team including managing a budget.
* Management experience - proven ability to facilitate high level meetings and stakeholder processes, and work as part of a team.
* Regional experience/knowledge of country: Working experience and knowledge of the country (India).
* Language skills: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written), strong in intercultural communication and sensitive in interacting with cooperation partners.
