Job Description

Institutional Capacity Development Specialist (International)

10 person-days for baseline survey only) – Intermittent Input

Essential:

 The Institutional Capacity Development Specialist for the assignment must have an adequate level of health sector experience in the region, with specific experience in assessing institutional capacity of health system in particular on service delivery in response to diseases outbreak.

 Significant experience in conducting health and households surveys in developing country settings. This includes designing, implementing, analyzing and drafting reports on such surveys.

Required :

He/she should preferably have post graduate of higher qualifications in public health, or a related social science field.

ADB/World Bank experience is must.

Country Experience:

South East Asia, specifically Cambodia.
