The Intern, Business Management Services, will support various units of the Business Management Services group. They will assist with special projects, including but not limited to Records Retention and Facilities; Talent Acquisition; Contracts and Compliance; Financial Management; and Accounting. The specific purpose of this position is to support the team activities and to assist with discrete project management tasks under the guidance of the Office Manager.

The primary responsibilities of the Intern, Business Management Services, are to:
* Serve as a focal point for coordinating the assigned projects, including monitoring and reminding all team members of deadlines;
* Assist with financial modelling as assigned by the FM team or Managing Partner;
* Provide support to training development including formatting of materials, staffing meetings on content development and facilitation preparation, drafting announcements and Yammer posts to share materials and publicize events, and other tasks as assigned;
* Assist with roll out of new FM tools and processes;
* Support the development and presentation of internal and external reporting and ensure these outputs are fit for purpose;
* Assist with the records retention project, including coordination with vendors and key stakeholders;
* Provide support to work on enhancing templates, tools, and guidance documents;
* Develop tracking tools, monitor deadlines, and provide other project management support for activities with the teams specializing in compliance;
* Assist with accounting assignments, including billing and AP;
* Assist with special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team;
* Assist with internal communications; and
* Attend and provide logistics support at a variety of internal meetings and team events.

Coordination
* Works closely with the members of the Business Management Services team;
* Helps ensure vital flow of communication and task management between departments and other parties involved in the processes.
* Experience applying writing, quantitative, and research skills in a professional or academic setting
* Ability to work under tight deadlines, with multiple/simultaneous demands
* Fluency in English both verbal and written
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
