Support during preparation of tender documents
Preparation of the functional design specification for a WWTP SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, including all equipment and instrumentation.
Specification of the required operation modi of each WWTP process component and corresponding machinery to be integrated into the SCADA System
Tender Evaluation: Review of proposed SCADA System and corresponding equipment.
Support during Construction Supervision
Review of detailed SCADA System and equipment prepared by the Design Build Contractor (FIDC Yellow Book) during the design phase of the construction supervision phase.
Supervision of the installation of SCADA equipment
Commissioning and take over (control of all operation modi in close cooperation with the process engineer)
Support during DNP if required

Electrical Engineer or IT Expert with min. 10 years working experience in electrical engineering or similar and operation of WWTP related to SCADA and instrumentation
Min 4 WWTP >100,000 PE
International sector related experiences of min. 10 years
Adequate professional experiences in a similar geographical environment (Sub Saharan Africa)
Experience in start-up operation and optimization of WWTP treatment
BSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering or IT studies or similar experience
Fluent in English
