Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Master’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of clean energy and energy development.
Experience working on USAID or other donor-funded programs.
Experience with clean energy, energy development, improving energy security and poverty, energy sector reform, or energy sector governance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Reputation for professional excellence (as evidenced by references and achievements).
Demonstrated team player with effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve sensitive and complicated work issues with country counterparts, donor representative and senior-level staff.
