RTI International is currently inviting expressions of interest from Water Technical Specialists in order to assemble a network of talented professionals with water sector-specific expertise in the following areas:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of clean energy and energy development.
  • Experience working on USAID or other donor-funded programs.
  • Experience with clean energy, energy development, improving energy security and poverty, energy sector reform, or energy sector governance.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Reputation for professional excellence (as evidenced by references and achievements).
  • Demonstrated team player with effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve sensitive and complicated work issues with country counterparts, donor representative and senior-level staff.
