Chemonics seeks an IT process engineer for the USAID-funded E-PESO activity based in Makati City, Philippines. This is a short-term position with a start date in September 2019 and an expected duration of four months. The project aims to promote a safe, efficient, and reliable retail payment system. The experienced process engineer will formulate and develop a policies and procedures manual in conjunction with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) implementation. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience implementing similar projects as an IT process engineer
- Strong technical, analytical, and design-to-delivery skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of process design computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Visio and similar software)
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
