Job Responsibilities
As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith’s mission by: Overseeing the preparation, review, reporting, and disbursement of client billings, project expenses, accounts receivable and payable, and related accounting functions for a division of the firm Performing complex financial, contract administration and accounting analyses, including budget variance analysis, client contract reviews, and unbilled account reviews Overseeing the staffing, utilization, development and appraisal of the unit’s employees Conferring and consulting with corporate accounting, finance and treasury staff on divisional needs, requests, problems and expense reporting Assisting in the preparation of client contract proposals, including specifications, terms, and conditions of the firm’s services, and appropriateness of pursuing prospective client consulting work Overseeing the processing of division financial data, including subcontractor invoices and preparation/submission of reports or special analyses Managing the preparation of division’s annual operating budget and training of division and project management staff in financial budget techniques Maintaining detailed knowledge of principles and techniques of accounting, finance and contract administration
Job Requirements
–Minimum 15 years of experience
–Appropriate qualifications/experience in preparing design and built procurement documents and familiar with relevant GOI regulations
–Strong writing and speaking skills in English and preferably also Bahasa Indonesia
