Project Summary:

USAID’s Obirodh: Road to Tolerance Program will provide support to activities aimed at fostering an inclusive and tolerant Bangladesh. The project’s main office is located in Dhaka.

Position Summary:

The full-time Logistics Officer will provide administrative support to the grants and operations (GO) teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Specialist.
  • Support planning and organization of internal and grantee events.
  • Maintain petty cash request and record.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of vendors for field office.
  • Maintain the file of invoices from vendors for field office.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative and/or financial management.
  • Strong English and Bengali speaking and writing capabilities preferred.
  • Strong self-initiative: ability to implement and manage program activities tasks proactively, without waiting for instructions.
  • Open communication style.
