Team Leader

Qualifications and Professional experience:

  • A postgraduate University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, International Law, Business Studies or other relevant field;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and very good knowledge of French.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in international development cooperation projects and institutional capacity building
  • Proven experience as Team Leader in similar projects
  • Experience in EU-funded technical assistance projects;
  • Experience with Regional Organisations is an added advantage
  • Previous experience with the Indian Ocean Countries in an asset.



Financial and administrative procedures /Procurement expert

Qualifications and professional experience

  • A postgraduate University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Studies or other relevant field;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and very good knowledge of French.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in managing financial and administrative aspects of development projects preferably EU-funded projects;
  • Proven and specific experience in the application of EU/EDF financial and contractual procedures.
  • Experience in the monitoring of financial indicators;

Monitoring and evaluation expert

Qualifications and professional experience

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in economics, strategic planning, statistics, social sciences or another directly related discipline is a minimum requirement. A post­graduate qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation is preferred;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and very good knowledge of French;
  • 10 years of professional experience in implementing, managing or monitoring and evaluating Public Sector, Private Sector or Official Development Assistance programmes preferably EU-funded projects
  • 5 years of professional experience in the Monitoring & Evaluation of provincial/national level programmes;
  • Demonstrated experience in Monitoring & Evaluation capacity building and institutional strengthening is preferred.
