Role:
The main objective of the assignment is to develop the capacity of Local Business Coaches (LBCs) in the FCEF business accelerator program to develop and deliver an MSME business subject curriculum that is based on global best practice business models and tools, customized to the local context.

The International Master Trainer will be responsible for the following 3 key deliverables:
- Design and co-facilitate train-the-trainer (TOT) Business Accelerator Tools Workshop for the LBCs.
- Deliver demonstration classroom sessions based on learning and outcomes from the TOT Workshop and provide on- going mentoring support for the LBC’s.
- Participate with the MDF review team in the mid-term and final evaluation of the FCEF business accelerator.

- A university degree in a business/commerce-related field or social sciences
- Minimum 10 years experience in working in a business development setting, with significant experience in coaching or mentoring SMEs.
- Having experience in the Pacific would be an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

The consultant should demonstrate:
- A strong business knowledge across all key functions of business, with significant expertise in the technical aspects of MSME business development and management.
- Considerable experience in successful coaching and mentoring MSME businesses in Fiji or similar markets.
- Demonstrated experience to conduct training and coaching for other business trainers.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English including ability to produce concise, readable and analytical reports.
