ISG, a IMC Worldwide company, is seeking a Migration/Humanitarian Assistance Expert for an evaluation of the Humanitarian Migrants to Israel Program (HIM) that is funded by the US Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM).
The HMI program is managed by the United Israel Appeal (UIA). Although past program operations have focused significantly on migrants from Ethiopia, the evaluation will look at how any humanitarian migrants supported by this program can be best served. The evaluation is expected to run for 6 months after award, and will consist of a desk review and then a three week field visit to Israel.
The Migration/Humanitarian Assistance Expert should have the following qualifications:
1) Over 10 years’ experience assisting vulnerable migrants and/or refugees, with a focus on the integration of migrants and refugees in host communities (with experience in the region);
2) Experience working with or evaluating Department of State-funded programming, especially related to the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM);
3) Ability to speak Hebrew is preferred, but not required.
If interested please send your CV and daily rate to Alexandra Cervini Mull (firstname.lastname@example.org) before July 9th.
