This Request for Proposals (RFP) is aimed at soliciting proposals from qualified individuals/organizations interested in the planning, development, and implementation of a comprehensive data management system to be used as the primary monitoring and evaluation tool for two projects: 1) Creating an Environment for Cooperative Expansion (CECE) project under USAID’s Cooperative Development Program in Guatemala, Peru, Kenya, Tanzania and Madagascar, and 2) NCBA CLUSA Farmer-to-Farmer Program under USAID’s Farmer-to-Farmer Program in Peru, Honduras and El Salvador. This request calls for short-term technical assistance from an individual or firm with demonstrated abilities to design and implement a data management system to collect data from multiple stakeholders to track progress on indicators with the ability to process and analyse performance measurement and evaluation data for reporting.
