ME&A is recruiting a local Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for a rule of law project in Sri Lanka. S/he will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring and evaluation capabilities throughout the life of the project. This could include, but is not limited to, the design and establishment of a monitoring system using key indicators as necessary for the project and conducting routine evaluations of the project’s process relative to its established goals.
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree or equivalent in M&E, statistics, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating development projects and knowledge of the Sri Lankan justice system.
