- Financial expert(s) with proven financial modelling skills, French language skills, relevant experience related to the financial aspects of partnerships and advising governments, experience in Sub-Saharan Africa, strong quantitative experience with designing and reviewing financial feasibility studies and other supporting analyses, and knowledge of private sector health care provision in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Gender expert(s) in the health sector, with a good understanding of diseases that particularly affect women and gender gaps in the health sector preferably as it relates to diagnostics.
- Other experts in the Heathcare space in an International development setting.
