NUDEIL Project Manager, GS-13

USAID/Uganda seeks a U. S. citizen or U.S. Resident Alien to provide expert analytical, advisory, and implementation support for the execution of the NUDEIL Project for the stabilization and reconstruction of Northern Uganda. Education: Masters degree with significant study in international construction management, community development, international relations, international law, economics, anthropology or a related field; plus 5 years of relevant experience, 3 of which in an overseas rural environment; or a BA with specialized field of study, as above, plus 9 years of professional experience with a USG foreign affairs agency, PVO/NGO and/or international organization in economic recovery assistance and/or immediate post-conflict development environments, which must include 5 years of on-the-ground field experience. Strong sense of judgment, organization, and program management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and an extremely positive and outgoing personality are required.
