About the role
As the Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the My-EQIP support team and activities. You will provide high-level operational and management support to ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality implementation support to the program and across its engagement areas.

About the program
The Myanmar Education Quality Improvement Program (My-EQIP) is a joint initiative of the Governments of Myanmar and Australia. My-EQIP is helping the Ministry of Education build a system that collects and analyses data about the quality of education in Myanmar. That data will be used to improve the Ministry’s policy development, decision-making and efficient use of increased funding for education.

Initial 12 months contract
