About the role

The Operations Manager will have responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the My-EQIP support team and activities. The Operations Manager will provide high-level operational and management support to ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality implementation support to the program and across its engagement areas. The Operations Manager will manage a unit which will provide operations services including human resources management, procurement and contracting, financial management, logistics, and all operational systems and process. The Operations Manager will support the Team Leader / Education Specialist and Deputy Team Leader to operationalise strategic plans and priorities and is deputised in their absence.

The Operations Manager will encourage the National Operations Manager to take increased responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the My-EQIP support team and activities, with the view to fully handing over responsibility for this area of work.
