About the Organization

IMA World Health (IMA) is a non-profit, faith-based organization that that offers extensive expertise implementing programs to address integrated health systems strengthening, maternal and child health, neglected tropical diseases, malaria, HIV, non-communicable diseases, and sexual and gender based violence programs in some of the most challenging and post-conflict settings throughout Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. IMA maintains a diverse and complex funding portfolio made up of both grants and contracts that support program services across those countries and totals approximately $100 million annually.

Lutheran World Relief is an international nonprofit tackling extreme poverty in some of the world’s hardest‐to‐reach places. For nearly 75 years, we have helped revitalize access to basic human services and increase economic opportunities in the developing world. We’re a unique faith‐based INGO that works with people based on need, regardless of race, religion or nationality. We succeed in this work on two fronts: we focus on resilience by helping communities living in extreme poverty adapt to ongoing challenges, and we respond to emergencies with a long‐term view. By investing in people, their skills, and strengthening their ability to adapt, we are helping people worldwide.
