Job Description

The Program Manager will manage the Wewak WaterAid office, assisting the Program Director to implement grants and develop funding proposals for new projects in the East Sepik Province. The role will primarily concern the delivery of the Inclusive WASH for Wewak District program. The Program Manager will be responsible for a team of up to four staff, including two Project Officers,1 an Operations Officer and an Australian Volunteer. The role will hold responsibility for maintaining constructive working relationships with WaterAid partners, including local government offices and representative bodies for women and people with disabilities. The Program Manager will provide technical guidance for the co-development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of WASH projects with partners in Wewak District.
