Programme Funding Operations Manager (INT5665)

Location: Oxford
Salary: £38,128 - £49,823 gross per annum, depending on experience

The Role
As a programme funding operations manager, you will ensure effective and efficient operations of the Programme Funding and Partnership’s function. You will support the specialist team of approx. 50 individuals to optimally meet all OGB programme funding service support requests from across +35 country teams and the wider confederation.

You will also review how people work, refreshing practices and embedding effective systems and processes are all part of the role to renew and sustain successful delivery of the Team’s work.

You will be a highly motivated and organised management professional, - ideally with some contextual knowledge of the programme funding landscape - with strong team management skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in developing and delivering effective and efficient managerial, operational and administrative systems.

Achieving this with and through others in a collegiate/team environment in line with feminist leadership principles means you will add value beyond the scope of the role.

Providing leadership, expert knowledge and business support to programme funding staff throughout the organisation, you will help lead and manage the effective delivery of PFP’s day-to-day activities, streamlining its support services provision, and ensuring that available capacity is optimally meeting demand.
