Mott MacDonald has been appointed by the UK department of health as the management agent for the Fleming Fund Grants Programme.
Following an extensive design phase, the Fleming Fund is entering the implementation phase of the project.
We are operating with a head office in London, UK and four Regional Hubs in Accra, Ghana; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Delhi, India; and Bangkok, Thailand.
We are currently recruiting for a Project administrator to join our multi-disciplinary team of technical and grant programme management experts.
You will be responsible for organising travel arrangements, preparing and submitting visa applications, logistics for external meetings and workshops and maintaining project files.
You will have previous experience of working as a project administrator and of making travel arrangements.
This role requires an excellent communicator and someone who can plan and organise their work. Project environments can be hectic, so you will need to remain calm under pressure. You will need good numeracy skills and be proficient in MS packages, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point.
