Job Summary

The Project Analyst will be part of the International Development Division (IDD) Program Management Office contributing to division-wide operations, including day-to-day division administration, supporting division leadership, assisting with scheduling, preparing deliverables for company leadership, tracking progress on division and corporate initiatives, working with division staff on issue resolution, and conducting and supporting data analysis and visualization.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day IDD operations and administration by responding to requests from staff, drafting communications, sending reminders for deadlines, collecting and consolidating information, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives and key indicators .
  • Support division leadership by responding to requests, resolving issues, and assisting with scheduling.
  • Assist in analyzing division level data using data visualization to inform leadership decision-making,
  • Maintain the division’s internal website,
  • Support the division’s timekeeping processes,
  • Support logistics for division and leadership team events,
  • Prepare presentations and other documents for division and corporate level meetings,
  • Contribute to business development, including desk research and consultant engagement
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with senior management, Human Resources Business Partners, Recruitment, Finance, IT Support, and other department and division partners to achieve goals,
  • Support division-led process improvement efforts,
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and time-sensitive priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fluid environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build working relationships at all levels across the company and manage up when needed
  • Experience working with sensitive information
  • Strong IT and data analysis acumen and ability to work in various databases and website platforms such as SharePoint and Oracle Cloud,
  • Demonstrated use and mastery of Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience supporting executive staff preferred,
  • Experience working on, or familiarity with, USAID-funded international development programs preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $45,000 to $64,000 and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
