We are seeking to recruit a Project manager to ensure effective project implementation through all aspects of project management, including financial and contractual management as well as bid management and coordination support. Providing support to Assistant project managers and working closely with Technical specialists, Project administrators and Commercial managers.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Team leader to help develop the project team through leadership and mentoring, supporting the ongoing planning processes, project work plans, budgets and action plans, reviewing project process at monthly project control meetings, driving the financial management and administration of assignments and acting as a bid coordinator/manager by coordinating the bidding teams work.

You will be educated to degree standard or equivalent with proven experience of managing complex development projects. With knowledge of donor agency policy, process and procedures you will have strong management, organisation and coordination skills and the ability to communicate in a cross-cultural environment, engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience of international aid management, the preparation of tenders and commercial proposals would be an advantage.
