Job Description

Public Health Specialist (1 person, International)

65 person-days (25 for Baseline + 40 for Midterm) – Intermittent Input

Essential:

 The Public Health Specialist/Team Leader for the assignment must have an adequate level of health sector survey experiences in the region, with specific experience in conducting health surveys in Cambodia. He/she should preferably have post graduate of higher qualifications in public health, or a related social science field.

 Significant similar experiences in conducting health and households surveys in developing country settings. This includes designing, implementing, analyzing and drafting reports on such surveys.

Desirable:

 Experience in conducting health and household surveys in S.E. Asia

 ADB/World Bank experience is must.

Country Experience:

South East Asia, specifically Cambodia.
