In May 2015, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded a five-year performance management support contract – PERFORM to Management Systems International (MSI). Under PERFORM MSI provides monitoring support, evaluations, assessments, and learning support services to USAID. These services provide evidence-based data and information and high-quality analysis that USAID program managers use to target resources and inform project design and implementation to improve project results and achieve objectives.
MSI is seeking a consultant and skilled facilitator with proven experience working with both donor agencies and private sector organizations and demonstrated knowledge of public-private partnerships in the international development sector to facilitate a series of meetings with USAID and corporate partners to explore areas of strategic collaboration in health, economic growth and education. The period of performance is June 13 – 30, 2018.
- MBA with doctorate preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in organizational learning, particularly in a cross-cultural, cross-institutional setting.
- Understanding of how cross-sector collaborations function; knowledge of public-private partnerships in the international development sector is required.
- Significant private-sector consulting experience, particularly in relation to multinational organizations.
- Diverse experience operating in international development and emerging markets, with experience working for USAID.
