WISER Support to ICPAC Project - REF: CSCPM/04/2018

The Project Manager will have expertise and networks for developing innovative climate services for resilient development in the Greater Horn of Africa region, and will be experienced in management and social development processes. S/he will be responsible for providing overall project management and technical support to CARE’s deliverables under the project. The manager will develop strong relationships and work closely with a consortium of partners, in particular, will be embedded in the ICPAC offices for up to 40% time. The incumbent will work with the assigned CARE international staff who will provide strategic direction and support to CARE’s role in the project.
