Job Description

  • Legal and Regulatory Expert with at least seven years of recent experience designing and implementing laws, regulations, and market models for (1) power sector reform efforts that encourage private sector participation on generation and transmission AND/OR (2) cross-border electrical interconnection projects, including in developed and developing countries. Experience should demonstrate knowledge of South American power markets and competitive market design concepts. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Strong preference for someone with Ecuadorian legal experience
