Here’s where you come in:

As Response Director, Yemen, you will provide strategic leadership for the design, implementation and funding of World Vision’s Partnering Response in Yemen. You will establish strategic partner relations and manage World Vision’s programming implementation through partners. You will engage with World Vision’s international partnership stakeholders to mobilize support and manage expectations in line with the strategic direction set by Senior Leadership. As you represent World Vision and the Response externally, you will ensure that the overall response and each country response meets humanitarian best practices and expected levels of due diligence.

Requirements include:

  • University degree or qualification in a relevant subject with a focus on team management, project management or other relevant skills.
  • 5 + years proven experience with International NGOs in emergency relief, rehabilitation and transition programming.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
