• To be part of a team supervising the ongoing and
future contracts of construction or/and
rehabilitation works.
• Overseeing road construction.
• Inspection of quality executed road rehabilitation
works

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 year’s relevant experience;
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;
• Knowledge of international and local design and
construction codes/regulations/standards;
• Experience of implementation of similar size and
type project (Civil Engineering—Road Design and
Construction Supervision and Management);
• Experience of implementation of similar size and
type project in Georgia or CIS, as well as
internationally.
• Fluency in Georgian/Russian
• Knowledge of local culture or administrative system,
government organization, etc.
• Experience in projects involving construction
management and supervision under a FIDIC
contract environment or similar conditions of
contract.
• Experience with construction and modernization
of municipal roads, including engineering structures
(i.e. bridges, viaducts, etc.),
• Road safety investments.
• Urban transport Infrastructure (municipal roads,
public transport measures, bicycle and pedestrian
paths, parking spaces etc.)

Required Education:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

Certifications:

Language requirements/Preferences: Fluency in English and Georgian/Russian

Amount of Travel: The role will require working in various towns and regions across Georgia for a period of 14 months across 42 months
