Set-up and maintain the Project Budget / Cost Reports with the Project Manager.
Administer all Cost Report Bookings, Transfer and Line Item charges.
Assemble and prepare monthly Owner Billings as required by Owner Contract.
Maintain Subcontract and Purchase Order log.
Submit Biweekly Cash Flow Report.
Ensure project compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Coordinate with DCAA auditors in annual and special audit functions.
Provide support for other departments and projects to assist in their administrative needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
4 year degree in Business Administration (accounting concentration) with MBA and/or CPA desirable.
10+ year experience including 5 year minimum experience with Federal Government Overseas projects.
Strong leadership and business judgment skills.
Above-average analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations with a focus on USAID specific regulations.
Experience with Federal Government cost plus type contracts and DCAA audits.
Familiarity with JD Edwards accounting system.
Willing to travel Overseas.
