Background:
SoCha, LLC is preparing a response to USAID/Democratic Republic of Congo’s (DRC) call for MEL services under its expected Monitoring, Evaluation, Coordination Contract - Deux (MECC-2). SoCha is looking for qualified individuals to fill the role of Finance and Operations Manager.
Scope of Work
The Finance and Operations Manager position will likely report directly to the Chief of Party and interface with SoCha’s home office in Mauritius. Exact reporting lines will depend on the final proposal delivered to USAID. The position is likely to be based in either Kinshasa or Goma. Local and International hires are welcome to apply.
