Senior Procurement Specialist
Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist for a contract Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) funded project in Mali.
The Senior Procurement Specialist will be required to provide procurement management services related to the acquisition of goods, works, consulting and non-consulting services and overall contract management services during the Compact Implementation period. The Senior Procurement Specialist must provide professional quality and timely work in accordance to industry standards.
University degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Public Administration
8+ years of experience as procurement professional
Previous procurement experience in Africa, preferably Francophone Africa
Solid understanding of Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, etc.)
Excellent oral and written skills in English and French
Experience with MCC, World Bank, USAID or other donor agencies desired
