Candidates must be fluent in Spanish; have prior work experience in Latin America; and have a minimum of ten years of relevant experience, preferably with USAID-funded activities. Candidates also must have demonstrated management abilities, preferably including experience as a Chief of Party or Deputy Chief of Party. Candidates should have technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: rule of law, anti-corruption, justice sector strengthening, court administration, or a related area.

Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc. (Checchi) has worked in international development for more than 40 years. Since its inception, the company has implemented nearly 300 long-term contracts in more than 130 countries. Checchi’s principal areas of specialization include strengthening the rule of law, anticorruption, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
