Position Summary:
PADF seeks short-term Proposal Development Consultants to support bids for upcoming USDA Food for Progress opportunities. The consultants will support PADF’s proposal design and development efforts. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to PADF on USDA proposal requirements, including program design, strategic analysis, M&E framework, and other major sections. Lead writing of major sections; review and provide written input on draft proposal sections for compliance, completeness and clarity.
