About the opportunities:

The Sri Lanka Skills for Inclusive Growth (S4IG) program supports sustainable job creation and business growth along the tourism value chain, including the informal sector, in four districts in Sri Lanka. Funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), it does this by supporting provincial planning for the delivery of targeted and flexible skills and business development programs. The overall goal of the program is to increase the number of poor women and men who, as producers, workers and entrepreneurs, participate in and benefit from the expanding tourism industry in those populations.

The Disability Inclusion Specialist will support the program team in achieving the S4IG intended outcomes. Specifically, supporting the program team to design activities funded under the Skill Development Fund (SDF).

  • Position reports to: Team Leader
  • Location: home-based with regular field visits
  • Contract type: short-term personnel, 50 days per year

The Program Development Adviser will support the program team in achieving the S4IG intended outcomes. Specifically, supporting the program team to design activities funded under the Skill Development Fund (SDF).

  • Position reports to: Team Leader
  • Location: Home based with short term inputs
  • Contract type: Short Term Adviser (up to 30 days/year), ARF C3
