About You

Do you have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination position? We’re currently looking for a proactive, process-oriented entry-level/early career professional who is attentive to detail and wants to make a difference by helping connect global development employers with top talent around the globe.

To fit well in this role you must be sharp, a quick learner, know how to see a project through from start to finish, and have the research and analytical skills to learn the nuance of global development operations. You must also be a team player who is flexible and is comfortable multi-tasking (being detail oriented and organized is therefore also a must!). And—this really matters—you need the communications skills that attract colleagues to want to work with you.

What you’ll do here

If you’ve read this far, we know that you want to know more. What will you do as the Talent Solutions Coordinator for the Devex Talent Solutions Team? You will be serving as the point person for project management tools and applications as well as be responsible for tracking the progress of projects ensuring system integrity at all times throughout various digital platforms.

You will get an insider’s look at how the hiring process works at hundreds of international organizations, global development NGOs, and consulting firms. You’ll also go home each day knowing you are helping talented professionals find their dream jobs and employers find the perfect candidates to realize their missions.

In your first 90 days you’ll:

  • Manage and report on processes and projects

  • Manage inquiries from candidates and clients with focus on supporting large-scale recruitment projects

  • Outreach and follow-up to networks, universities and jobs boards for special recruitment projects.

  • Be a part of various stages (from CV screening to reference checks) of an end-to-end recruitment project we currently have with the UN World Food Programme

  • Support CV Writing projects (formatting, cover letters) and Candidate Sourcing (writing summaries, possibly helping with outreach).

By the time you finish your first year you’ll have:

  • Coordinated directly with clients on project updates

  • Assisted other Devex Talent Solutions product lines (such as candidate sourcing, CV writing, career fairs…)

  • Evaluated CVs and video interviews for different roles with little supervision

  • Coordinated and managed administration and reporting tasks

  • Fully managed one or two stages of a special recruitment project

  • Become an expert at various technology platforms (like Google Sheets, Survey Gizmo, Airtable…)

  • Gotten to use your voice to improve processes, shared your own best practices, and helped us learn from you as well as others in a quickly-growing organization.

Here are the basic requirements we’re looking for in the role…

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination position (internships and volunteer work count)

  • Interest in recruitment and/or international development

  • Exposure to reporting and excel

  • Organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

Nice-to-haves

This opening is based in our office in Ortigas City, Philippines. The successful candidate will work during the mid shift, from 3pm-12 midnight, and will be entitled to a 7.5% shift differential on top of the basic salary.
