USP seeks a Technical Manager consultant to provide management support and technical inputs to
activities related to increasing market access and strengthening systems on a
donor-funded project aimed at increasing supply and demand for quality-assured
essential medical products in Africa and exploring manufacturing in Latin
America. This consultant will also be responsible for exploring business
development opportunities in Latin America.
