The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) seeks candidates for various positions for the anticipated USAID, Cambodia Democratic Decentralization Program (CDDP). The goal of CDDP is to build more responsive, democratic local governance and effective service delivery in Cambodia through strengthening local governance, empowering citizens to hold government accountable and empowering civil society and media to monitor public services and budgets. Candidates that have experience in one or more of the below areas and who meet the minimum qualifications are encouraged to apply.

ICMA is seeking candidates for various positions, such as Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), and various long-term and short-term specialists per the above programmatic competencies.
ICMA is recruiting for international, and local specialists. ICMA strongly encourages local Cambodian nationals within the relevant programmatic areas to apply.
- At least 5-15 years of experience in subject area, depending on the position (seeking mid to senior level candidates).
- Advanced degree in related fields.
- Fluency in English required and working knowledge of Khmer a plus.
- Local experience in Cambodia is preferred.
- At least 5 years working for international agencies, with knowledge of and experience with USAID programs.
