    Consulting in two streams: nonprofit interim management and organizational development for international development projects. Have consulted as interim executive director/CEO for a number of nonprofit organizations to facilitate effective leadership transition. During tenure, systems and structures are analyzed for increased success and knowledge management documents are created for new leadership. Have also consulted with various international development projects from a few days up to a number of months while located in various countries.
